This report is so vague that I cannot do any reasonable guess about what
is the problem. For a proper bug report that has a chance to be analyzed,
you need to provide

  1. A "How to reproduce" recipe, that is, in this case, either an input file
and the command line with 'iconv' that you used, or a C program that
invokes iconv_open() and iconv() with specific data.
  2. A hint of how you display the output from the conversion. Which program
do you use for this, and which fonts does this program use?
  3. An indication of the platform.
