Thank you. 

JIS is a Japan industrial standard. 
(It is an official Japanese at least standard in Japan. )
Therefore, there are Japanese written standards by JIS. 
However, English is not or is not found...

Maybe, EUC-JISX0213 and SHIFT_JISX0213
It peels off and I think that it is a mistake of , EUC-JIS-2004 and 
SHIFT_JIS-2004.
