bug#70914: 29.3; Crashes often on Windows

Thanks a lot for all the time you spent on this -- 10/10 support! It
sounds like there's something really off with my computer. I can further
try to reduce the configuration, but I'm afraid the resulting
configuration will still be pretty large, but maybe someone else will be
able to reproduce it too.
