FTR, we *have* already two different kinds of quoting. "/:<something>"
makes <something> local, whatever syntax it has (for example, Tramp file
name syntax).
"/method:user@host:/:<something>" makes <something> "local" on
"/method:user@host:" whatever syntax it has.
