bug#36779: 25.1; mouse click not recognized for frames with large left position

Can't the case number (#36779) be included at least, for those who need more details (without having to Googling around)?

I think just removing the sentence that refers to the bug report

should do in this case, as both the problem and the only workaround we

know about are already described.  With that change, we can install

this in PROBLEMS.
