Agreed.
OTOH, it wasn't propagated prominently, that there is a list of
to-be-solved-for-relase bugs. Not so many people know how to see this
list. And maybe we shall send (weekly?) reminder messages with these bug
ids to the emacs-devel ML. WDYT?
