bug#38818: Dired: mention deleting buffers, not just windows

Reading this thread, there doesn't seem like there's anything much to
fix here.  The user can redefine `q' in the buffers they want, or use
quit-window-hook to do something, or use `C-x k'.

(There were other issues touched upon (like defun in hooks), but they've
been clarified.)

So I'm closing this bug report.
