I agree, and have had a cursory look without finding any obvious
candidates.  Perhaps it's best to do them on a case-by-case basis,
i.e. treat them as normal bugs if/when they are found.

IOW, I'm not sure it makes sense if it makes sense to keep this bug
open just for the eventuality that there are more functions with
similar bugs.
