I would like to check the signature of the file :
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/electric/electric-7.00.tar.gz

my command is :
gpg --verify electric-7.00.tar.gz.sig

with the signature file :
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/electric/electric-7.00.tar.gz.sig

I am told that the key 8B97ED28 is missing. I can not find this key. Where
is it ?
