Those are the Motif headers. You have to install them separately. The installation instructions tell you where to find it.

By the way, Borland has, or had, a free compiler for download - just the
compiler version 5.5 which is the one running in C++Builder 5 (they're at
version 6 now), without any IDE.

Ah, that's the rub..."without any IDE". I looked at it and was overwhelmed by the amount of work I'd have to do to figure out how to get it going without an IDE. I gave up.
