Summary:  vim swap files support is incomplete.

Original Submission:  Vim swap file support is currently limited to .swp files; 
but if more then one swap file for a certain file is created this breaks. The 
following swap files end with 'o','n','m' i.e. counting down in the alphabet.

The attached patch is a good way to fix this.
