Summary: --no-patch-log option for mkpatch
Original Submission: It is often very useful when creating patches to ignore
the patch-logs. One use-case is for the effective "reverting" of a patch by
forming a patch between a revision and it's ancestor. However, this includes
in the patch the deletion of the corresponding patch-log, which is not what you
want.
