Summary: Remove --files option from commit and mkpatch

Original Submission: The --files option option seems superfluous everyplace
it's used in tla: it's more natural to just specify the files following other
argument when desired, and there's even already a good solution implemented for
allowing previous positional arguments to be defaulted (the -- notation).

This changeset simply removes the --files option altogether; the command syntax
is otherwise the same as before: just specify optional files after other args
(using -- if necessary to avoid specifying the version argument to commit).
