I've patched libarch/pfs-ftp.c to make it compatible with the publicfile [1] 
FTP server.
The new version is available as address@hidden/tla--devo--1.0--patch-1 (archive 
location [2]).
Since the public archive location is not accessible without the patch, I've 
also made the changeset [3] available.

   Unfortunately, the format of the response to PASV is not specified
by STD9.
   Added support for publicfile style PASV responses.

pfs_ftp_directory_files():
   Filter out trailing "/." since publicfile handles dots specially.
