[Bug-gne]copyright (again)

There was this entry on /. today, about an article that was there
yesterday but not today... I gather it's their first DMCA takedown.

I think it's an interesting case, especially as it mixes
free-of-copyright court proceedings with definitely copyrighted
material. It also involves one of the most aggressively litigous
organisations on the planet (I would say "universe" but they seem to
know more about bug-eyed monsters than myself, and I bow to their
superior knowledge on the subject...). If (or more likely, when) they
pounce on GNE, I fear we will also need to take the /. path; I only
hope our list of links (and I would break GNE rules and POST external
links on this one) would be at least as comprehensive.
