Just went there. Looks very nice.

Note that the list of languages on my site was not complete.

As far as the look and feel, it looks right to me.

On the membership page, we could ask for the nickname, meaning the name GNE will use to address the author.

For example, Robert Smith might use Bob as his nickname.

Also in the membership, we should look at having the suffix of the name, as Mr, John Handcock, Jr, or PH D, that sort of thing.
Also, we probably want to capture the preferred language of the author.

O.K. I've posted my work on the GNE site so far, with
the forms written out, the help files also written,
and a general feel to the site. The images are half
done, rob scott is doing them properly but I just
wanted to post up the site as the text is the
important part. The submission form is taking chris
mahan's one and altering it slightly due to the notion
of membership. The forms don't work, so don't try
them... I haven't done the processing part as yet,
they're just to establish the fields needed. the site
