I only meant the entry as an example of the format, honest :-))

My idea was to get a set of entries, each with a specific target date
for going live, starting from something very, very simple and building
up over say 2-3 years or so to a full-spec "bells and whistles"
repository. OK we probably won't hit all the dates, but at least it
would give us a target to shoot at. I find (meaningful) deadlines help
focus people a little. In fact it would be rather nice to have some in
my day job too ;-)
