[Bug-gne]On hosting "as much as possible"

I think we've all come to the conclusion that the
majority wins on this lsit, and on censorship (call it
what you will, it is still censoring material) I think
the majority wants some, in the form of allowing
"informative" articles as I said before, and not ones
that get us into big legal issues, and not ones that
promote harm upon living people.

What I would suggest is that for now we work out a
system by which this mode of censorship can take place
without having compulsorary editors (a huge task). But
we should ensure that we can tighten or loosen the
controls at any point, so that if it becomes apparent
we can host Nazi or pro-rape materials, then we can
quickly do so without having to re-write the entire
system.

On the side, those who are thoroughly against any form
of censorship (I can only think of myself and Mike
Warren at the moment) can work behind the scenes at
our discretion to see how much more material we can
squeeze into GNE without causing problems, and we
could also try and forge links between GNE and
free-spech organisations like the EFF (Electronic
Frontier Foundation) with the hope of securing a more
free Internet.

I don't see that we can od much else at the moment, as
I don't think its worth losing the credibility of the
project and potentially the backing, the money, and
the ability to run the project, for the sake of true
freedom of speech, when we could run something as
close to "free" as possible otherwise.
