IANAL, but if we don't subject any article to ``review'' beyond
determining that it contains readable text couldn't we claim to be
more along the lines of an ISP or telephone company? That is, that
we're merely providing a place for people to publish their articles,
for which they themselves must take full responsibility?

USENET servers aren't responsible for USENET posts...
