Either...Depending on the graph. There are free tools out there to make graphs on the fly, but they are generally not very good, and they are generally for data that changes live (like server loads and such), and I don't think they would apply for articles.
{there are nice live chart generation tools, but they are too pricey for me)I had in mind more the png and jpg type, that can be inserted within the article.
by the way, in the sample submission page, I was thinking of making a menu rather than one big page.
And for those who might go haywire because I'm using asp on IIS, all i have to say is: it doesn't matter what brand of guns you use or who made the bullets, only that you're shooting at the bad guys.
