I don't think there's really any set way in which we
make decisions. We all talk a lot, then Hector makes a
decision taking into account our discussion. So far
they've been accepted decisions. I assume if he then
came and said something we all disagreed with, it
would still be up for discussion and we could try and
disuade him, though on some issues (like RMS refusing
to host holocaust-revisionism articles on his
computers) we can't ever win.
