Only in so much as to say that taking a blank piece of paper and
claiming it to be the "theory of relativity (version 2)" is not a
useful procedure for a library/encylopedia project.
Allowing articles to be copied, completely if you want, and
extending/amending them (with citation) but making the result a new
document seems a little more appropriate for us, and well within the
spirit of the FDL.
