I don't think Nupedia is a ``disposal'' of any articles; I merely
suggested it because they are much further along in their editorial
policy and you would ``see'' your article in ``print'' much sooner.
Of course, you are obviously free to submit it to both...

Well, we have. TEI has pretty much been decided as the content format,
and we are hashing out the exact relationship between classification
and repository (or even if there will be a difference, as some seem to
desire).
Do you have any thoughts on the matter?
