No Mike, it isn't. However, the Microsoft extras *are* proprietary.
Particularly their own font definitions, their own style sheets and the IE
only DHTML which I've occasionally seen.
You can't take a stance against MS Word and then accept blindly the
specific, no-free version of HTML which the provided conversion tool gives.
