We make decisions? I thought we were on this to argue
for the fun of it, all day long!

Besides, most of the stuff we argue on will only
become relevant in weeks, months or even years in the
future. The only relevant things now are how we get
the first servers up, and what sort of moderation
system we start with. Oh I guess there's the
M$word/GIF issue to, but thats not in question. we
follow GNU policy down to the dot.

When it comes to making a final decision, what seems
to happen is Hector tries to sum up the most popular
and practical opinion, and assigns somebody to sort it
out. Like the work to start it up is being done now.
