[Bug-gnupedia] About using a central archive

I've been reading the last posts today and I noticed a little confusion
here about following RMS's words in the announcement.

We will work with one simple method: the people will submit the following
information to the database:

FIRST NAME: LAST NAME:
LAST UPDATE:
ARTICLE NAME:

BODY OF THE ARTICLE
.
.
.
.
.

REFERENCES:

Our main objetive is to develop 'An encyclopedia located everywhere' so,
the ideal would be that every article has it's own URL. People can write a
short description in the 'BODY OF THE ARTICLE' and then add the URL to the
'REFERENCES' entry.

Otherwise, they can write the whole article in the body if they want it to
be in the centraliced encyclopedia database.

Demian is working on the Perl script to make this. I'm really thinking in
an automatic system to determine if the article has to be posted or not.
I'm also the main developer of GNUSearch (cnhtech.com/~hfa) and I'm using
a little parser to search for words that would come from
not-allowed-content web sites. For example if someones submit the words
FREE && SEX or FREE && MONEY or something like that the system would ask
the contributor to change the body... I know it's not the most perfect
way, but it could be a begining...
