Hello,

Well, now we have RMS's ok to keep doing our work. We have to start righ
now. Here's what we're going to do:

1. Everybody agrees with the fact that the first thing we should do is
define a way to receive article submissions. This is going to be via two
ways: Web Form and Email.
Demian Pablo Alonso (whose been working with me for many years) will
develop a Perl script to receive the data from a web form and store it on
a PLAIN-ASCII FILE. If anyone then wants to make an utilitity to translate
it to XML, you're invited to do it.
We'll keep using the email method. Dan Brian will do that job.

2. As I said, we'll use XML *and* MySQL. Tom and Rob have a great plan to
implement that, so I hope they'll work on it.

3. We'll change our name to GNE (GNE's Not an Encyclopedia).


While writting the HTML page for the web submission form, Demian and I
will define the required data for an article submission so if anyone wants
to suggest something, please do it now.
