But there's *going* to be rejection of material which is clearly unsuitable
anyway isn't there?  If the encyclopedia gets mail bombed (which is likely
at some point considering the behaviour we all see on the net from time to
time), then there has to be a method of cleaning the article base. If that
isn't an option then the proportion of useful articles will reduce close to
zero over (a possibly a short) time.

For me one of the main concerns is the "don't ever reject anything" because
I think that it's an ideal which is going to be impractical very quickly.
