I still would prefer no option of rejecting, just a
necessity for an article to be "accepted" once or
twice before it is on. But this idea is certainly the
next best thing, and if people want to go with a
voting system (accept/reject) this would be the way to
go. Whichever one of those two you start with, it
would be easy to change the rules around a bit once we
get going and know better what we need in a moderating
system.
