Paul,

Rob and I have now written out a decent documentation
of our system. All that we lack now is the actual perl
scripts we mention. Could you have a read through it
sometime and send any comments and questions back to
me, so we could start getting the perl scripts +
programs worked out (ie not written in full, but so we
know how they would be done if needs be).
