No I think not, as it would be information which could be used by 
virtually every front end and it doesn't "take away" from the article 
so it isn't imposing censorship.

Also as I'm suggesting that it be done by voting and it's just saying 
that this is a debated viewpoint, if say 40% of the reviewers vote for 
this, then it does mean it's a debate viewpoint(even though 60% 
say it's not debated, that in it self indicates that it is debated).
