[Bug-gnupedia] Design proposal

I've taken the ideas I posted about moderation and shown it 
diagramatically and add details it's available at,

It discussess my ideas on how we could have a system of 
moderation, without having censorship.

I've also discussed how Nupedia could become integrated into 
such as system without having to change a great deal while at the 
same time not compromising the ideals of the GNU Encyclopedia.

BTW. Any chance of someone making some webspace available 
where we can put all these possible design documents together ?
