This is something that came up but was largely
igonored, mostly due to somebody's view of a very
"free" america. hmm. for the first time in my life i
wish we could get a lawyer in on this, because I'm not
exactly sure of how to handle this.

What if we has a server in France that hostted some
pro-nazi material. The french government would use the
same procedure as they did on Yahoo.

The only way I can think of getting around this is
relying on at least one country in the world to be
able to host a certain article. The only problem then
is making sure that server is not just a mirror, so
that article can be accessed from any mirror or server
you are browsing.
