ok then, how do you remotely create a new wu-ftpd
account on another machine without having to restart
wu-ftpd. (i was originally thinking edit the conf file
manually, but you'd need a ftpd restart for that to
take effect, and if you are having a new submitter
every minute it could cause a problem.


I've been looking up about this but i cant find any
way of doing it.   Am i blind?
