[Bug-gnupedia] Optional editorial pool

What do people think of a system which allowed authors to submit 
articles to editors who could neaten them up. Most authors would 
probably be willing at least to listen to the suggestions of editors, 
and overall this would produce a better level of article readability.

You wouldn't have to submit to an editor but it should be an option, 
but I think most people would be happy to have an editor suggest 
improvements.
