Actually I would hope that submission and acceptance are two different
things. I would really like to see it where acceptance of ideas (that
is what will be submitted) is unchecked and let those who want to make
'distributions' of the content (i.e. nupedia) do the accepting of
whether or not it goes into there version. This is how the various
GNU/Linux Dists handle things.
