[Bug-gnupedia] Moving on to GNU/Alexandria (away from alexandria/nupedia

I think that the Alexandria - Nupedia idea is an
excellent one. It would be great to pool resources,
and yet approach policies and presentation from
different angles such that each project would be
worthwhile in its own right. But I do think that if
this is what we all want to do, now is the time to
decide which project you want to be in and to move
accordingly suggestions for each, so this mailing list
can get on to how to handle such a far reaching
project as GNU Alexandria.

On that matter, I spent my entire day at school (isn't
it funny how some people never seem to do schoolwork
at school?) talking, discussing, and shouting at and
with two of my mates about things like simply layout,
the submission process and editorial issues (ie how to
have the least possible whilst still stopping things
being submitted that are of no relevance the the
resource at all, like homepages and adverts). To get
our ideas across better I stuck it all on a web page
with a few png's to illustrate things. So please can
everyone go and have a look and get back to the
mailing list on it. The server setup... well Perl is
just the way I'd want to go because of its power. The
moderator + submission bits are the things I feel
about most strongly though.
