That seems reasonable.

I don't know about odp and about.com, but our system would contain links
only to articles that meet the criteria of freedom, among which are (1)
that each article's content be free and (2) that each article contains no
links to non-free material.  Also, our system should be on the cutting edge
of providing good mathematical content on the Web.  Finally, there may yet
be something unique about our metadata and the associated infrastructure.
