Have a look at the <author>, <authorgroup> in DocBook.

We could use these from DocBook:

  <honorific>Dr.</honorific>
  <firstname>Richard M.</firstname>
  <surname>Stallman</surname>

If we identify firstname and surname at this point we could make
the icelandic index at a later point..
