There is a problem with versioning here.  If we allow uncontrolled
changes, how would anyone be able to cite entries in the 'pedia in
their own work? If you allow updates (generally a good thing) it needs
to be versioned, and the old versions need to be still accessible.

There are lots of clever ways of doing this, but the easiest would be
simply to submit a new entry for each update and use XML tags to record
version numbers/sequencing.
