Initially, we'll accept all the articles as long as their content is really 
free (no copyrighted text, images, etc).

Before posting it to the encyclopedia, a group of people will have to read it 
and send a basic review to the mailing list. If there's a problem with the 
content (nude images, idelogical agression, etc) then we'll have to vote for 
it to be posted. Else, it goes directly to the encyclopedia.
