gnatsweb maintenance, gnats development

Hi gnats folks,

Chad and I have been talking about the status of gnats and gnatsweb.

1) Neither of us have heard anything from Yngve in years.  (Yngve, if
   you're there, please get in touch.)  So gnatsweb is looking for a
   maintainer, if anyone is interested -- see
   http://www.gnu.org/software/gnatsweb for the brief notice I just
   posted about it.

2) Chad said he would welcome new active developers/co-maintainers for
   gnats itself.  If anyone reading this is interested, please let him
   or me know.
