Yes, I believe.
If you mean 'selected information == output format' then you may prepare
another report format in dbconfig, or you may construct a command-line
format.
Look in dbconfig file for defined format 'summary'. You see this when you
issue a command "query-pr --summary"
If you mean 'selected-information == PRs that met specific criteria' then you
should use a command-line arguments for query-pr.
