No Answer to PRs

Hi,
one week ago I sended my problem to the bug tracking system.
PRs: gnats/390
     gnats/391
     gnats/394
Until now I get no answer.

We want to use Gnats 4.0 on a Linux-Server.
We have problems with at-pr, because the responsible gets no reminding
message, the reminding message goes only to the gnats-admin.
Besides we would prefer, if in the first answer to the originator could
appear the responsible with his full name.

I'm waiting for your reply.
