make test fails for gnatsweb

[DEEN_Tubal]

This is what happend when I try to run MAKE test

bash-2.05# make test USERNAME=test PASSWORD=test DATABASE=aspect
perl test.pl
connect...........................................FAIL
connect...........................................FAIL
make: *** [test] Error 1

I can't find out what the error is

The database has been created
the categories for that db has been created
an initial user has been created

If i telnet to locahost 1529
it works
I can change to the correct db and use the correct user
So I can't see anything there

this is the truss of the command above
