gnatsweb README points to wrong ftp?

gnatsweb README points to wrong ftp? |

Noticed that gnatsweb's README says gnatsweb can be downloaded from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gnatsweb/. However, there seems to be
only the version 2.9.3 available. The README also claims the
contrib/gnatsweb will often be outdated, while the opposite
seems to be true.
