The lines below _do_ set up a mail address of "mph", and direct the mail to mhp-db. Send email to "mph" manually and you should see it go into the right database. Just send any email. It will go into the "pending" category. Once you have that working, then somebody else can help you configure gnatsweb for multiple databases, because I don't know how to do it. I think that's your problem now, but please test sending email manually first to make sure everything else is working.
No special configuration is needed to make Gnatsweb work with multiple databases. Gnatsweb gets all the information needed, such as the list of databases, email address for PR submission etc. from talking to the GNATS daemon.
Try telneting to port 1529 of your GNATS server. Issue the command: CHDB databasename(where databasename should be the name of the database you're having trouble submitting to)
Then do LCFGYou should now get the complete configuration for the database in question. Check that the GNATS_ADDR line contains the correct email address for PR submission to this database. If it doesn't, you have a faulty "config" file in the gnats-adm subdirectory of this database.
