couldn't compile gnats on MacOS X

Hi everybody!

I've got the job to install gnats on a MacOS X machine here.
So I tried to download and compile the stuff, but when I tried to 'make'
the whole stuff, there occured a lot of Warnings first. Something like:

> gnats.h:378: warning: ANSI C forbids const or volatile functions

and not just one...

but thats not really the problem.

When I tried to do 'make install', I got following Error-Messages:

first theres my old friend again:

> gnats.h:397: warning: ANSI C forbids const or volatile functions

and installation gives up, typing:

> /usr/bin/install: /blubbersomepath//man/man7/gnats.7: No such file or
directory
> make[2]: *** [install-gnats] Error 1
> make[1]: *** [install-gnats] Error 2
> make: *** [install-gnats] Error 2

I don't know whats the problem...

If theres someone out there, who's able to help me....
