Possible Bug in gnats-3.113.1 (?)

Hi,

in queue-pr.c, function drop_msg quite at the end memory
is xmalloc'ed for new_name, but not freed. I guess drop_msg
is not called quite often during a run of XXX-pr, so this
memory leak is probably neglible.
