As the TROUBLESHOOTING file in the distribution says, Lynx currently 
doesn't work with Gnatsweb. Very old versions such as 2.2 may work because 
they use much simpler cookies. Quite a few people have looked into the 
cookie handling of Gnatsweb, and we are completely certain that Lynx is the 
culprit here. A workaround might be possible, but that is not high on my 
list of priorities (furthermore, Gnatsweb 2.x development is all but 
discontinued, since GNATS and Gnatsweb 4 are just around the corner). But I 
will of course be happy to include any patches that might solve this.

This one is somewhat more surprising, since I have received feedback from 
people that have been using w3 successfully up until a couple of Gnatsweb 
versions a go. I'll see if I can reproduce this.
